I advise and support private tourism companies, municipalities, regions and destinations in the development, restructuring, revitalization, sale and succession, in particular of camping sites and holiday parks, but also of hotels, catering facilities, swimming pools and other tourism businesses and properties. I attach great importance to creative and individual solutions that are both feasible, marketable, sustainable and authentic, while meeting the needs and budgets of the customer. I also find it very important to produce a "strategic fit" at respective locations, i.e. to create a harmony between location, concept, operators and the owners, that I consider critical to a successful and sustainable development of regional value chain.
